Returns Policy

Because we are such a small business, we unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any items. However, if there is an issue with your order, send us a message using this form and we will do everything to make it right. Please remember to include your name and order number.

*Please note that we can only correct errors that were made on our behalf, such as sending out an incorrect or damaged item. If the error was made on the customer's end, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or ordering the wrong item, we will not be able to help or change this once an order has shipped out. Please make sure you read the item description prior to ordering to avoid any errors. Thank you!

Shipping

 

  • Regular Items

 

I do my best to ship all items as quickly as possible! Most items ship within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you receive a tracking number, it may take a few days to see any movement on it. Your order will be packaged, sorted, and dropped off at the Post Office during this time. Because we are still in a global pandemic, there may be additional delays on my behalf or the post office's. We are all doing our best to get your packages to you safely and greatly appreciate your patience. 

  • Pre-Orders & Made to Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order or made-to-order item, your entire order will ship out once all of your items are ready/available. If you need other items sooner, please order ready-to-ship items and pre-order items separately (two separate orders)
